Details: Bilt Hamber Auto Clay Soft is an easy to use paint cleaning clay that provides a fast and efficient method for removing embedded particle contamination from vehicle paints and clear cote finishes.

Unlike all other clay bars on the market Bilt Hamber clay only requires water as a lubricant as opposed to expensive quick detailers, couple this with the 200g size of Bilt Hamber clay bars and you have a very cost effective product that can last much longer than clays half its size that often break down with the use of quick detailers as they are not compatible with water as a lubricant.

This soft grade clay is the first grade available and is suitable for frequent and/or winter use, where as the regular is for intensive cleaning of moderate to heavy contamination and/or summer use, and the medium is designed for all round use.

Clay is used to remove surface contaminents that remain after washing, polishing, waxing and even machine polishing/use of cutting compounds. These contaminants can be in many forms such as brake dust, rail dust, industrial fallout, tree sap, bird droppings, insect residue, tar and so on but the only way to safely and permanently remove them is by using clay. Its composition is designed to be as gentle as possible to the paint surface while imparting a powerful pulling action on these contaminants leaving a glass smooth, ultra clean finish ready for protective coats such as waxes/sealants.
