Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Full-Time Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for cars. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for performing various detailing tasks to ensure vehicles are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards, both at our unit and through our mobile service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Use specialist tools and equipment to achieve high-quality results.
- Assess the conditions of vehicles and recommend the appropriate services to meet the clients’ needs.
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to preserve and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an automotive detailer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of car cleaning products, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
